Loan Officer Job Description: This position requires a new type of Loan Officer. In this position as a Melco Legacy Loan Officer, you will be on the top of your game generating new business in line with our Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

Job Type:

Required Education: High school or equivalent

Required Experience: Closing an average of 1.5 million a month, comfortable with closing consistently at 10-15 days

Required license or certification: Must have Arizona Mortgage License

Key Job Functions:

  • Managing real estate loan documentation while ensuring compliance with banking regulations
  • Work hand in hand with our Loan Officer Assistant and Processor
  • Excel in a fast paced environment
  • Builds rapport and leverages customer relationships with existing and potential borrowers with the goal exceeding their expectations

  • relevant: 2 years (Preferred)

License:

  • Arizona Mortgage License (Required)
